Midsole

Perfectly placed between the outsole and the midsole in the forefoot is Saucony’s tough External Bedrock Outsole, or EBO for short. While EBOs are common in previous Peregrine models, the Peregrine 6 possesses a new nylon and molded material that fits more naturally to the shape of the foot and is more durable and flexible than ever. Runners responded favorably to this flexibility and softness and enjoyed how it enhanced the cushioning of the midsole while retaining its firmness.;The flared lugs on the outsole play their part by covering the perimeter of the midsole, adding leverage and achieving balance no matter which way the runner positions the foot on the ground. Comfort
Most runners that tested this shoe agreed that it features one incredibly comfortable design. Drop
The low drop of the Peregrine 6—just 4mm—is something that may take a little getting used to for runners more accustomed to a higher drop, but the stability this lower drop offers will be noticed and appreciated when navigating tricky terrain.
